Salvatore Ferragamo has released their lively Fall 2017 ad campaign entitled “Ferragamo and I.” The energetic campaign is captured by Swiss photographer Walter Pfeiffer, who has used single subjects against colorful backgrounds in his own work. The pairing of Pfeiffer’s vibrant technique with Ferragamo’s classic yet fresh fall collection draws the eye to the distinguished leather and ready to wear pieces that has made Ferragamo a household name.
The campaign features models Xiao Wen Ju, Kit Butler, and Aymeline Valade in full body and isolated shots showing off their exquisite Ferragamo pieces. Although the foreground and background of the photos clash with each other, articles of the collection have some sort of call to the backdrop, creating well-rounded and attention grabbing imagery
Going beyond the spectacle, the brand encourages customers to engage directly with the brand by tagging their social media posts with #FerragamoandI and continue the conversation in making the Florentine brand their very own.
