LA’s art weirdo brand, Skim Milk just dropped a shoe collaboration with Fila on the rehashed heritage series of The Mindblower.
Originally released in 1995, Skim Milk re-interpreted the shoe entirely in purple leather and foam and aptly called it, ‘Purple Reign’. The concept came from one of Skim Milk’s mantras which is, “there is nothing more offensive than boring”. Fittingly, they used prolific art model (and Tim & Eric regular) Michael Q. Schmidt as the model for this bizarre NSFW photo shoot and video. The ‘Purple Reign’ can be purchased at one of 3 Fila pop up’s (New York, Seoul, and Tokyo) -or- on Skim Milk’s website.
Drink up! 🥛
