Inside the “MY BEST VINTAGE” special feature in CLUTCH Magazine Vol. 49 (released on April 2016), we introduced some of the vintage sweatshirts owned by Mr. Asai, manager of the WAREHOUSE Tokyo store, but one of the sweatshirts that we featured has been released as a limited edition model from WAREHOUSE retail stores.

This sweatshirt was made during the 1930s. Like we mentioned in the magazine, this item was a memorable one that got Asai, a noted vintage lover, passionate about two-tone vintage sweatshirts.

Unlike most sweatshirts that were made with wool at the time, cotton was used to make this piece. The sweatshirt was made during a period when cotton sweatshirts were first beginning to be manufactured.
