MILAN — Thursday in the Italian fashion capital began brightly with a midday showing from Fendi in which Binx closed the runway show. No stranger to Fendi, Binx has appeared in advertising for the Roman luxury label, not to mention successive lineups for shows stretching back to September 2013. In fact, it was three and a half years ago when Binx closed Fall / Winter 2014 show. Years later Binx is no debutant, but a veteran for which time has stood still. That she anchors the lineup for a collection that emerges at the intersection of Italian Futurism and the Caribbean is a testament to her versatility as a model, not to mention deep connectedness to designers Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Venturini Fendi. Joining Binx on the runway Thursday were a half dozen models from across the Next global network including Oumie Jammeh, Grace Elizabeth, Aiden Curtiss, Grace Hartzel, Selena Forrest, and Hiandra Martinez.
