THE STORE SCOUT, MONCLER AT HARBOUR CITY, CANTON ROAD HONG KONG
Moncler has opened up their 6th Hong Kong location, this time in massive shopping mall Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The location will have two entrances, one inside the mall and the other backing up to Canton Road, the street which the mall is partially located on. At 500 square meters, the new location is the largest single-floor Moncler retail location so far, and was designed by architectural studio Gilles & Boissier, who also created Moncler’s NYC and Tokyo flagships.
The interior of the store puts Moncler’s signature icy-sleek aesthetic in the hot and humid Asia Pacific, using cool Calacatta marble, burnished brass, beige leather and dark woods throughout the space. The exterior looks almost as if it’s carved from ice, and features glass window displays to pull people in to Moncler’s world of haute montagne.
